At Wave & Wild, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re committed to resolving the issue quickly and fairly.
1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@waveandwild.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition

Include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned in a used or damaged condition (excluding damage caused by shipping or defects) may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

If you are returning an item for non-defect reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not function as intended, notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

Photos of the item and packaging

Your order number
We will issue a prepaid return label and, upon inspection, will either:

Ship a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a full refund, including original shipping fees
5. Change of Mind Returns
You may return eligible products for personal reasons within 30 days. Items must be in unused, new condition with all original packaging.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will exclude original shipping charges. A restocking fee may apply depending on the item type and condition upon return.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on returned items that:

Show signs of use

Are missing original packaging or components

Are returned outside of the standard returns process
You will be notified if a restocking fee applies before your refund is issued.
