If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@waveandwild.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to cancel and fully refund your order as long as it has not yet been shipped or processed for fulfillment.
Orders that have already shipped or entered fulfillment (e.g., picked, packed, or labeled for carrier pickup) cannot be canceled. However, you’re welcome to return eligible items under our standard Returns Policy.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
