At Wave & Wild, we’re committed to delivering top-tier products at unbeatable value. If you find a lower advertised price on the same item from an eligible retailer, let us know — and we’ll not only match it, we’ll beat it.

Our goal is to give you confidence that you’re getting the best deal every time you shop with us.

How It Works

We’re happy to review and match valid competitor pricing, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be identical in brand, model, size, and condition.

• The price comparison must include total cost: product price, applicable taxes, and shipping.

• The competing retailer must be:

  • An authorized seller of the product

  • A legitimate retail website (not marketplaces, auctions, or peer-to-peer listings, such as eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or third-party Amazon sellers)

• The competitor’s offer must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of your request.

• We do not match:

  • Prices resulting from rebates, coupon codes, bundled offers (e.g., Buy One Get One), flash sales, or clearance/liquidation pricing

  • Prices from subscription-only or membership-based programs (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club, Prime-exclusive deals)

  • Pricing on used, refurbished, or open-box items

• Requests must be submitted before your purchase. Price matching is not available on completed orders, warranty claims, or exchanges.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

Please email support@waveandwild.com with:

• A link to the competitor’s product page

• A screenshot of the price (with date/time visible)

• Your full name and the product you want to purchase from Wave & Wild

We’ll review your request within 1 business day and confirm eligibility.

We reserve the right to verify all competitor pricing, terms, and item availability. Price match decisions are made at our sole discretion. Some product categories or brands may be excluded from this program.
